Tailor-made training paths

Do you know what you want to do or who you want to be, but is something inside you holding you back? Fear, doubt, self-rejection... you can learn with it live and still do what is true for you. Tailor-made training paths helps you practise exactly this:

  • To develop courage in the midst of your fear,
  • To find inner ground in outer chaos,
  • To act with love and decisiveness.

You learn to love yourself, find peace in your relationship with money,

and really live your life from the inside out, as a in yourself grounded free personality. Everyone is welcome. Money or lack of it is not an obstacle. All that is needed is good will and the decision to start.

These are the steps to arrive at your own training path*

You: writes straight from the heart

What do you want to do? Who do you want to be? Let the words be unscripted. Say also why it is so hard to do what you want to do, to be who you want to be: where your focus slips, where discipline gets thin.

Me: read your text from the six keys

I receive your text and read it with gentle focus. With the six keys - I Am, Value, Ownership, Organisation, Relationship, Earth - and their shadows, I make visible what needs light and what needs air.

I will come back to you with questions that open.

You: respond with heart and head

You answer the questions feeling and thinking. You express in words or images what you suspect, what you see, what you do not yet dare. This is how clarity grows: exactly fitting where you are now.

Me: give you exercises

You will receive a minimum of six exercises, one per key.

  • to give you I am to ground,
  • your Value flow,
  • Property taking what is needed,
  • Organisation to emerge from the middle,
  • Relationship honest and alive,
  • with the Earth to act in real contact.

You do the exercises on your own time.

Each exercise is a door.

You decide when to step in.

Why is practising courage a good thing to do?

  • Because you feel that something new wants to start in you, but you don't yet know what or how.
  • Because you long for clarity about who you are and what is really yours.
  • Because you not only want to understand, but also want to live what you know.
  • Because you feel the old no longer works, and you want to focus on the new.
  • Because you want to discover what is right for you.
  • Because you want to bring more peace and rhythm to your daily work and life.
  • Because you want to practise listening to your intuition and learn to trust it.
  • Because you want to experience the connection between inner development and social renewal.
  • Because you want to learn to stand where things get tense, without losing yourself.
  • Because you feel your personal path has meaning for the bigger picture.
  • Because you want to practice acting from your heart, even when your head is in doubt.
  • Because you feel that fear often holds you back, and you want to discover what lives underneath.
  • Because you learn through experience, not explanation.
  • Because you are curious about who you are when you really take on something.
  • Because you feel courage must be gentle and firm at the same time.
  • Because you want to be confident in your own perceptions and decisions.
  • Because you find that every bold step also changes something in the world around you.
  • Because you want to learn the art of living for the love of life.

Walk together?

When exercise fails. You put it off, you think the exercise is stupid, or just nothing comes of it. That is also part of the road. Because where practice falters is often exactly where it wants to be seen. When you notice that you can't get through, that discipline seems like a wall, or that your courage is lost, we can look further together. Then I invite you for a personal conversation, live or via Zoom. We start with an initial session (€80 free, €120 equal, or €160 together*).

If you want to continue after that, we will conduct a balance talk: a moment of tuning in, not just about money, but about what is right between you and me, so that there is balance between giving and taking.

A *first interview takes one and a half to two hours. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Should the free rate also fail, we will additionally conduct an immediate balance talk. Price should not be a reason not to do Bespoke Training Pathways.

About doing Bespoke Training Pathways

Doing customised training paths is always an exercise of the will. You take a step that you find exciting, and by doing so you free your will. Each test of courage sharpens the strength with which you are present in the world, clear and rooted.

By doing the exercises regularly, you learn to really live your star or your I am. You express who you are inwardly outwardly. This way, simply and concretely, you work towards a free, equal & society.

In the beginning it may simmer, sometimes you fall back or the flow seems to stall. But those who persevere will find that something begins to move, a quiet, loving force that gives direction, that awakens meaning, and that makes your life increasingly coincide with who you really are.

"The reason these exercises work is that they are rooted in spiritual truth."

“I had started training in manual therapy, but I doubted I could do it. Jac asked me to write down what my real expectations and fears were. That was difficult, but at the same time liberating: I was invited to reflect on what was really going on inside me, exactly as it was, in a critical and testing moment. Jac read that, or rather listened with full attention to what I had penned down, and then wrote guidance that respected my hopes and my fears, but most of all me as a human being. With that encouragement, it was not difficult to do the exercises and find the peace I needed. It helped me take the training with more openness, to learn and enjoy it, and it helped me succeed. Many lessons, such as perceiving my thinking exactly as it is in the moment, without judgement, but rather with love, have stayed with me. The reason these exercises work is that they are rooted in spiritual truth. Or, put another way, they are based on those life facts that you can only discover by looking inward."

"Jac's guidance helped me dare to stand still in that forest," he says."

“I had the opportunity to be one of the first to be able to do a pathway with Jac. For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with the question 'who am I really?' Like everyone around me was walking their path and I was always just picking paths through the trees. That was the reason I became a participant in the Samenlevenskunst (Art of Living Together) course. That helped, but still all my musings felt like a tangle of cooked spaghetti. Jac saw this and offered me his help. He asked me to put my spaghetti knit unstructured on paper and send it to him. In it, he found topics to discuss, both during a walk and via email. He gave me exercises to work with. Within a few weeks, the spaghetti unravelled a bit, allowing me to make leaps in my own development. I believe Jac's guidance helped me dare to stand still in that forest. Just sitting on a tree trunk together and feeling the ground. And then I suddenly knew who I Am. My path became clear and I am walking it."

"Jac's exercises made me look at myself more lovingly and patiently."

“I took part in the Bespoke Schooling Pathway because I kept bumping into my 'shadows' (in other words, getting into the danger and strategy triangles) when carrying out my master's thesis, which cost me a lot of energy and sometimes made me want to give up. Jac's exercises made me look at myself more lovingly and patiently, and gave me confidence to keep going anyway. Not by going on by 'pounding', as I was used to all my life, but by standing still every now and then and speaking to myself lovingly. Jac's feedback also inspired my own interpretation of one of the exercises. Another exercise (i.e. my inner sage versus my internal 'alderman Hekking') exposed very clearly for me my internal process, allowing me to look at it more closely and better understand where that ever-critical 'Hekking' came from.
